We offer a wide variety of floorplans to choose from. Our experienced team will work closely with you to select the perfect home for your needs and preferences. We can also help you make modifications to personalize your space.

Colorado Approvals:

Once we've finalized your floorplan, we'll handle the process of obtaining all necessary approvals from the state of Colorado. This ensures your home meets all building codes and safety regulations.

Final Selections and Ordering:

We'll guide you through selecting the finishes and materials that will bring your dream home to life. Once everything is finalized, we'll place the order for your factory-built home with the appropriate manufacturer.

Delivery and Installation:

Typical Installation: NOCO Home Sales typically installs every home we order. As a licensed installer, we'll oversee the entire installation process, including crane coordination, precise home placement, meticulous assembly, inspections, and final touches to ensure your home is set up perfectly according to the manufacturer’s specifications. 

Client-Provided Installation: If your General Contractor (GC) holds a valid installer license, you have the option to use their services for installation. In this case, NOCO Home Sales will still handle the ordering process and ensure a smooth delivery of your factory-built home.

COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION SOLUTION WITH NOCO BUILT

For clients seeking a completely turnkey experience, we offer a comprehensive construction solution through our sister company, NOCO Built. NOCO Built can act as your developer or general contractor, handling all aspects of the construction process, including:
